My youngest son is 13, a teenager going through a growth spurt. He enjoys playing sports, particularly football – the American football, not soccer. It’s hard on his body. He’s already had a few injuries but that doesn’t stop him. No siree bob. He’ll get back up and run back out!
He may not know his limits but I do. So, I want to make sure he gets the vitamins and minerals he needs for strong bones and good health. It’s not always easy to get him to eat 3 balanced meals, particularly in the mornings when we’re rushing to get out of the house for school. Thankfully, he likes the taste of Nestlé Nido Kinder 1+, which is powdered milk that contains 13 vitamins and minerals.
It’s perfect for making smoothies (and hiding veggies!). One of his favorites, and mine, is shown below. Super easy and packed with vitamins and minerals that will keep his body and mind strong and healthy. Hope you like it as well!

After splurging on a Vitamix back in spring, I’ve been on a smoothie rampage ever since. This smoothie recipe sounds really good!

I love smoothies, especially blueberry. What a great idea to use Greek yogurt!
greek yogurt is the best; makes the best addition to any smoothie; chocolate is great to 🙂
This sounds delicious—and so nutritious with the Nestle Nido. I’m in the habit of freezing ripe bananas and buying frozen fruits. I find that this makes up for some of the ice in a smoothie–and makes sure that my fruit doesn’t go bad. Yum!
Sounds so delicious! I love smoothies. Thank you for the recipe!
This sounds like a delicious recipe with fresh ingredients! I’ll have to make this soon for my grandsons to enjoy!
yummy
I love making smoothies with fruit and yogurt. I usually just use milk, but the Nestle Nido sounds like something I should try to add more nutrition.
Smoothies are my favorite lately, and I love trying new flavor ones. This recipe looks yummy and I know my kids would agree too.
