After a long WW hiatus, I’m back!
A friend of mine recently served a bottle of Culitos’ Merlot Wine on a romantic getaway. The wine hails from Chile; hence, the Spanish name Culitos.
Curious: How would you have reacted to a romantic dinner with a bottle of Culitos’ Merlot Wine?
Btw, according to Super Wine Warehouse Culitos Merlot Wine is “Full Bodied – No Butts about it! Packed with deep, dark berry fruit and nuanced hints of cocoa, herb and earth with a soft structure. Great fruit finish.”

I guess it would depend on who was serving it – and most likely I would think of it as humorous, even on a romantic getaway. There are some pretty good Chilean wines now – though I tend to be partial to our local wines in California.

Sounds yummy! The only time I get anything with alcohol to drink is at gallery openings. My husband and his side are full of alcoholics, so we’ve decided to stay away from it in our home. I really like an occasional drink to! I guess if he can’t have cats because of my allergies, then I have to be respectful of his no drinking policy.
