My teen and I were recently talking about a girl he likes.
He said she was smart, a leader and very pretty. In fact, he said she’s so intellectual he knows he’s going to have to connect with her mind before she will even notice him. He claimed he was going to have to step up it a notch. He was going to become an aggressive flirter – his words not mine.
Living in a digital world, his flirtation would happen via text. He spent the weekend racking his brain. What could he say?
After much thought, he finally felt confident. He knew!
What did he finally say?
“Good nite Cute stuff”
I guess it worked because she replied,
“Good nite Smoky.”
“Yeah, she likes me,” he said. “I’m smoky cause she thinks I’m HOT.”
Smh … teens!

Ok, that’s so funny. I wonder what the flirting method would be when my son gets to the dating age. It scary to think about. LOL
