Although the gift certificates are cheaper, I prefer gift cards because I think they look so much nicer when placed in a card or gift basket. I plan on purchasing a few gift cards to give as gifts to my sons’ teachers, business associates, doormen and to use as last minute gifts for the tons of summer birthdays, weddings and/or anniversarys that always pop up! I also tend to stockpile them, buying several when they go on sale to last the year.
