Sabroso Saturday: Kickin’ Baked Rigatoni #PAMperfection

It’s Sabroso Saturday (Translation: Tasty Saturday)! The day when we share recipes that have helped us stretch our budget, our imagination and our taste buds, without sacrificing our health.

********************

This past week, the boys and I tried a Pam receta/recipe, I received when I began working with Pam. It came with my initial package and contained PAM, a Pyrex baking pan and more [To win your own PAM prize pack click HERE – 5 Winners]. Yet as cool as that was, I have to tell you this recipe was cooler! Why? Because it was super easy to make, the boys LOVED it, and it made enough for three days!

I love being able to cook ahead. It gives me time in the week to relax. Less stress and no mess always makes for a happy Mommy, verdad / right?

If you try the recipe out, let me know! I would love to hear what you thought of it.
Enjoy & have a Sabroso Saturday!

This sounds great! I’m going to use a sausage mixture of fresh cajun pork sausage and the italian sausage. The recipe looks super easy!

Looks simple and yummy. I think I will use the mild rotel instead. I am a chicken when it comes to spicy.

Mild rotel for me also! I love rotel but that can get a bit spicy. I would replace the sausage too with hamburger but only because I dont care for it. This sounds like a nice cool weather dish, and yep I *heart* PAM for easy cleanups!

Wow, what a nice pasta recipe! I mentioned in another comment that I’m now trying out baked goodies after intentionally avoiding the oven for quite some time, just to finally initiate me with the art of using the oven. While this recipe is not really wholly baked—I mean it’s just part of the process of cooking the pasta and not the actual means of cooking it—at least it involves the oven, and it’s good enough for me, hehehe… Will be trying this out this weekend! 🙂
