It’s Sabroso Saturday (Translation: Tasty Saturday)! The day when we share recipes that have helped us stretch our budget, our imagination and our taste buds, without sacrificing our health.

This past week, the boys and I tried a Pam receta/recipe, I received when I began working with Pam. It came with my initial package and contained PAM, a Pyrex baking pan and more [To win your own PAM prize pack click HERE – 5 Winners]. Yet as cool as that was, I have to tell you this recipe was cooler! Why? Because it was super easy to make, the boys LOVED it, and it made enough for three days!

I love being able to cook ahead. It gives me time in the week to relax. Less stress and no mess always makes for a happy Mommy, verdad / right?

If you try the recipe out, let me know! I would love to hear what you thought of it.
Enjoy & have a Sabroso Saturday!
