Born, and raised in Brooklyn, to a Puerto Rican mother and an American father, Eileen graduated from NYU with honors and holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She married her high school sweetheart and has two boys. When not teaching in the NYC Public School system, Eileen loves cooking, reading and doing arts & crafts with her sons.
