Ann Taylor Loft Charm Collection Benefits Patients of St. Jude

This is a Guest Post written by Katrina, a mother, wife and long-time friend. Mil gracias/ Many thanks for raising awareness of LOFT and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s charm collection!

I recently represented Ms. Latina at a very special media event held at the LOFT Flatiron on Fifth Avenue in New York. The event celebrated the launch of LOFT and St. Jude Research Hospital’s (“St. Jude’s”) Symbolic Charm Collection. They were not only perfect for holiday gift giving, but every sale benefits the patients of St. Jude. A perfect refelction of the holiday spirit!

The event was festive. Guests were welcomed with champagne, a variety of horderves and lots of good cheer. We learned about St. Jude’s role as the nation’s leading pediatric research and treatment center devoted specifically to children with cancer and other acute diseases. Their centers are comprehensive, covering the cost of food, travel and lodging for its patients and a family member, and therefore depend heavily on public funding for assistance in carrying out its mission to save lives.

LOFT, well known for its women apparel, fashion advice, trendy and versatile apparel, and accessories, have been an instrumental force in raising over $6.7 million to assist St. Jude in its mission.

This season, LOFT and its parent company ANN INC. used their strengths to create a Symbolic Charm Necklace Collection thats available for purchase this holiday season in stores and online.  At an affordable $26, the charms are a chic and cheap holiday option, $5 will be donated to St. Jude for each charm purchased!

The collection, shown below, represents Hope (Star-Shaped), Love (Flower-Shaped) and Joy (Heart-Shaped).
