Wordless Wednesday: CAUTION Expired Dog Treats
by Migdalia Rivera aka @MsLatina
Last week I purchased a slew of dog treats for my puppies. When I went to open one, I noticed the below.

Did you notice the expiration date?
IT EXPIRED TEN YEARS AGO!
Sadly, this is being sold in my neighborhood. I won’t state the name of the store because of privacy issues (Mine, not theirs!) However, I complained to the owner of this boutique dog shop and also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I’m also going to be more vigilant about checking expiration dates from now on.
Let’s talk! Do you check expiration dates?
Happy WW!

Wow. That is crazy. Let us know what happens.
Wouldn’t expect to see a product quite so out of date- within a few days post sell-by date is okay.

Dreadful! I have had that experience unfortunately with pet treats for my darling poochie, Dobie. She got sick and I complained to the local merchant who sold me the tainted treats. I learned the hard way to check the dates…
