Wordless Wednesday: I brought a “Cow in Cream”?

While sorting through piles of papers this weekend, I came across this (see below).

It seems I brought a very inexpensive “Cow in Cream”. For the life of me, I can’t figure out what a “Cow in Cream” is? I’ve been racking my brain but can’t figure it out. Any ideas?

Is it hard to trust anyone else to do the shopping? When I was little, my mom had hives or something and was outta commission for awhile, so dad had to do the shopping. I guess he got most of what he was looking for, but he also bought me a bowling ball!

And was never allowed to do the shopping again.
