Is it Chic or just plain Cheap?

I have long hair. I love it but on those mornings when things just don’t seem to go just right I like to know I have a clip that won’t hamper my style. I like this one because I think the crystals would make my dark hair pop!

What do you think? Is it chic or just plain cheap?
