Definitely cheap!! I mean…. really?!??! Tie-dye is so outdated…and retro can be chic to a certain extent, but this is far from retro and being chic! Sorry…I’m a little opinionated when it comes to fashion…lol…hope I don’t offend anyone. LOL
Ok – I disagree…I like. I think it’s chic.
Idea – top it off with a belt and your good to go!
