Weight Loss Mission

I haven’t written in my diet journal in quite sometime. I am ashamed to say that I have gained weight instead of losing it! This is killing me because I really do NOT want to buy new summer clothes. This is actually my greatest motivator, saving money, so I recently started the
Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred. I absolutely LOVE it! It gets me moving, keeps me animated and works out all of my body. I plan on using it for the recommended 30 days, hoping that it will help me lose at least 2 lbs a week (8lbs) by the end of June. Its a small step but one that will keep me motivated.

That 30 Day shred sounds really good! I am trying really hard to lose weight. I have about 40-45 pounds to lose! But I am trying to aim for 2 pounds a week too!

My sister and I are on day five of the 30 day Shred. Jillian sure knows how to kick some butt! I’ve lost 4 pounds already. My goal is to lose 16 pounds! Good luck to you.
